F30002: DC bus overvoltage means the DC bus voltage of the inverter exceeds the overvoltage threshold.
Common causes of failure
1. The power supply voltage is too high
Power fluctuations
Operating overvoltage caused by other devices on the power supply side
2. Load energy feedback
Large inertia load deceleration
Potential energy load drops
Load mutation (sudden load shedding)
3. Hardware issues
Inverter DC voltage detection circuit failure
• Output side cable or motor ground fault
The output side cable or motor terminal virtual connection
4. The parameters are not reasonable
Common treatment methods
1. The power supply voltage is too high
The multimeter measures whether the inverter input voltage exceeds the allowable voltage range
Whether there is capacitance compensation cabinet input in the site, and whether there are other devices in the site that cause grid voltage spikes
2. Load energy feedback
Large inertia load deceleration can be avoided by extending the ramp time P1121, or using the maximum voltage controller (V/F method: P1280; vector method: P1240). If a large inertia load is required, rapid deceleration requires the use of a brake unit + brake Resistance (For PM240 FSGX or less, built-in brake unit, external brake resistor)
? The application of bit energy load requires the use of a braking unit + braking resistor (for PM240 FSGX or less, built-in braking unit, external braking resistor can be used)
• If a braking unit and braking resistor are used, check that parameter P219 has been set to the maximum braking resistor power.
3. Hardware issues
The multimeter measures the input voltage of the inverter and measures the DC bus voltage of the inverter (DCP/DCN terminal, normally about 1.35 times the input voltage, 400V input voltage about 540 DC bus voltage (with load), without The voltage at the time of loading will be higher.) Check the r0070 parameter to show the DC bus voltage measured by the inverter. Under normal conditions, the measured DC bus voltage and r0070 value should be close to each other. Determine if the relationship among these three voltage values is correct. The device may be damaged.
• If there is a report every time you start, check the insulation of the output side cable or motor
• If you report each time you power up, contact your service representative.
Note: The overvoltage threshold is solidified in the inverter. This value cannot be modified and the fault cannot be masked.
