The meaning of F07901 is that the speed of the motor driven by the inverter is too fast.

2.1 parameter settings
• The maximum allowable positive rotation speed is calculated as follows: Minimum value (p1082, CI: p1085) + p2162
• The maximum allowable negative rotation speed is calculated as follows: Maximum value (-p1082, CI: p1088) - p2162

3 Failure time confirmation
3.1 Parameter settings
• When the direction of rotation is positive: Check r1084 and set p1082, CI: p1085 and p2162 correctly.
• When the direction of rotation is negative: Check r1087 and set p1082, CI: p1088 and p2162 correctly.
• Activate the feedforward control for the speed limit controller (p1401.7 = 1).
• Increase the backlash of the excessive speed information p2162. The upper limit depends on the maximum motor speed p0322 and the setpoint channel maximum speed p1082.
3.2 Hardware issues
• Check if the encoder is normal.
3.3 Caused by load or process
• Raise the equipment and observe if the failure occurs frequently during heavy lifting and decentralization. If so, check the opening logic of the mechanical brake.
• If there is a sudden load reduction in the process, and the fault always occurs at this time, it is recommended to improve the process. If the process is not changeable, it is likely that the inverter will need to be amplified.
