I suggest you check it out:
1) whether the encoder signal cable shielded cable;
2) Is the signal cable shield well grounded?
3) No adapters are allowed in the signal cable.
2, in addition, you look at the value of the fault in parameter r949 -

Fault value =:
1 - The encoder cable is faulty
2 - Damaged pulse encoder
If the fault value is 1, the problem is mostly on the signal cable of the encoder, such as if the cable is not in good contact, etc.; if the fault value is 2, it is likely to be interference, or the encoder is not installed.
